Close the Gap was created to provide better access to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly called food stamps.)  The cornerstone of the program is providing access to enrollment in the SNAP program throughout our region through the assistance of two fulltime Food Security Coordinators. Close the Gap is made possible through the Missouri Promoting Food Security Program.
