Neighborhood Assistance Program

Did you know donations of $500 and over (one time or cumulative) for 2013 may qualify for a 50% tax credit through the state of Missouri? If you have business income from a farm operation, rental property, an S-Corporation or royalties, you may qualify. You can find out more by clicking here.

Food Pantry Tax Credits

Gifts made to Second Harvest Community Food Bank and designated to Fresh Start, Your Community Market now qualify for a 50 percent tax credit. All individuals will qualify for this credit for donations up to $5,000. The credits go into effect on January 31, 2013 and will sunset on December 31, 2019. Financial and food donations qualify for this tax credit.

Commemorative Gifts

Commemorative gifts may be made in memory of someone or to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary or other special occasion. Second Harvest will send a personalized card to the person(s) you designate.
